My wonderful mare, Weisenna’s Flamenca, gave birth to this super cute filly foal, by Bon Courage, on the morning of the 13th of April in Germany. Both are doing so well and enjoying Spring in the field.
Super pleased with how Marcello is developing in his first year of training. We look forward to watching his further development, and hope that he fulfills some dreams we have of him.
Welcomed to our world in the early hours of the 6th of November, this lovely filly by Fynch Hatton, out of our super producing mare, Sofia. Fiore is as beautiful as her Dam and hopefully will be able to move like her Dad.
Balliamo is developing into a super young horse. Here he is at two years old, looking splendid!

Meet Balliamo (Let’s Dance). A charming, leggy colt by Borsalino out of St. Pr. Sofia. It is Sofia’s first foal. She has done a great job producing this lovely boy
Hibou: It is now 6 months since Hibou started her rehabilitation following a major accident in early 2019. I cannot believe she has come back from this injury let alone feel how much she is enjoying working. She's such a star.
Sofia: High anticipation for Sofia's first foal which is due on the 1st on November. She has been bred to the fabulous Borsalino
Weissena's Flamenca: Confirmed in foal to Vivat Rex for 2021 season (see right)
So thrilled to receive the news that Flamenca delivered a gorgeous filly foal this morning in Germany. I have named this little gem, Marella. Both Flamenca and Marella are doing well.
After what was thought to be a career ending accident in early 2019, Hibou is back in work. I can’t quite believe she’s recovered, but I am thankful every day.
Sofia is confirmed in foal to the super Stallion, Borsalino. We are hoping for a safe arrival of her foal in late October.
Sadly, the very charming Tano BDS is no longer with us. RIP beautiful boy.
Flamenca: I’m very pleased to be able to announce that Flamenca is confirmed in foal (at 114 days) to Maracana for 2020. I am so thrilled with her foal from this season that I decided to repeat the breeding.
Flamenca: Much joy today with the safe arrival of Flamenca’s first foal, a stunning black colt, with four white socks, a star and a snip. Perfect! I named him Marcello….to be pronounced with an Italian inflection, naturally.
Divina:
New owner, Kaitlin Martin, and Divina looking good at the Australian Dressage Championships, 2018.
A super achievement for the pair after just seven months together
.
Sofia: My new mare, Sofia, arrived safely into Australia and is now completing her quarantine period. She will arrive home at the end of this month.
Divina: The story goes on in such a good way with the lovely Divina and her new owner, Kaitlin Martin. I am always so pleased to hear their news. This time, I have been advised they are 4th on the DNSW YR Medium Leaderboard, which is a super effort for a very new partnership of just five months.
Sofia: After two trips to Germany, and many horses later, I feel very pleased to have found my next riding partner, Sofia. She has just completed her Hanoverian mare performance test in Germany and has obtained her St. Pr. A. classification. This means that she will be accorded St. Premium status when she produces her first foal. She will be arriving in Australia in the next few weeks. For now, I just hope she has a safe journey to her new home.
Flamenca: After her initial training under saddle, I decided to put Flamenca in foal, so that she was able to have a foal early in her life and then continue her training. She is now confirmed in foal to the super young Stallion, Maracana, with a due date for April, 2019. We hope for a good pregnancy and the safe arrival of her foal. She remains in Germany for the foreseeable future.
Divina: SOLD.
Divina has been sold in goodhands to a very nice yound rider. I Wish them all the best in their future together.

Flamenca has settled into her training facility very well. She is calm and willing in her work. Today, you see her enjoying Autumn in Germany.
Flamenca is growing up! Unwashed and untidied, she is still beautiful.
The journey from buying a foal to starting a horse under saddle is a long one. But an exciting one too. In September, Flamenca will commence her training in Germany. After visiting her in June, I could not be more pleased with how she is developing.
Excitement is starting to brew with the arrival of Hibou's foal by Tailormade Top Gear due in early October. The recipient mare is looking good. Fingers are crossed for a safe arrival.

Divina performed very well at the Australian Nationals Championships, placing 3rd in the Advanced 5.3, 5th in the Advanced 5.2 and 3rd in the Advanced Freestyle. She finished up fourth overall at this level, from 35 competitors in each of the Advanced tests. With these results, she was awarded Bronze for the competitive year, which is a super result from having only competed in six tests, ever, at this level, including those at the Championships.
And never in a Freestyle test, let alone one at a National Championships.
I could not be more pleased with her development
So proud of another of my home bred horses today, becoming Reserve Champion in the Preliminary AOR class at the State Championships, with his rider and owner, Virginia Pulbrook.
He and his full brother, Rajastar R, have proven to be very good competition horses for their new owners.
Divina started at Advanced level this year. So far she has competed in two competitions at this level, producing a 1st and 3rd place at Hawkesbury Dressage in July. And placed 2nd and 4th at DNSW in August.
From these results, she is qualified to compete at the Nationals in October. All continuing well, she will start at PSG after the Nationals.
Hill work on a fine Autumn day
Rajastar: " So pleased to receive this photo from Rajastar's new owner. And the news he won the Novice Championship at the Canberra Classic Champions over the weekend.
His new owner is thrilled with him and so am I."
Divina: " Placed second in the 4.1 & 4.2 yesterday at HDC, with David McKinnon. It was a particularly good effort as she had not competed since last October. And had only competed at this level on three other occasions." All continuing well, she will start at PSG at her next competition. Happy horse, happy rider and a very pleased owner."
Success for my homebred, Rosandro, placing 1st and 4th at BDC with his new owner.
He is the full brother of Rajastar, who I sold earlier this year, after he had won the Elementary Championships at Bowral Dressage Clubs annual Championships.
One very pleased breeder!
SDC competition. Hibou and David McKinnon, had outstanding results, placeing 1st on 76.5% in the 1.3 ( 2nd competition, 2nd test, ever!).
And 1st on 77.7% in the 2.2 test - her first Novice test - and her third test, ever!
Thrilled with their performance”.
DNSW competition. Divina and David McKinnon, placed 4th on 70.4%, at her fourth competition at this level.
Very pleased owner.
